Holly is originally from Michigan where she graduated High school and promptly moved to the beautiful desert southwest of Sunny Tucson, AZ to attend the University of Arizona. Holly received a full-ride scholarship for her musical talent (she also plays the flute) and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. After a career on the builder side at PulteGroup for over 20 years after college, Holly brings a vast array of knowledge on New Construction and a deep understanding and skill of Seller Pricing Strategy and negotiating on behalf of the client. Serving as Associate Broker, Sales Counselor, and Corporate Trainer, she received multiple awards over her new home career, including Top Closed Sales Producer and President's Club Member.
