Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, with a fine of $500 if any signs of smoking are found. Failure to declare pets in advance will result in a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you are bringing a pet(s) and do not notify us beforehand, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
