I had higher expectations…

Upon moving in, I had the expectation of residing in a luxury apartment given the price and prime location. However, after six months of living here, I have come to realize that the complex does not meet the standards typically associated with luxury living. Over the course of my tenancy, nearly all major appliances in my apartment have required replacement. I have experienced issues such as mold growth in the walls, malfunctioning disposal, a broken hot water heater, a faulty washing machine,... and most recently, an air conditioning unit that has frozen over and is not functioning.
While the maintenance team has been generally helpful, it seems that they are often working under conditions that make it difficult to address issues promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, the customer service provided by the front office staff has been less than satisfactory. Although one staff member has been notably accommodating, others have been unresponsive and at times confrontational when addressing concerns. This experience has created a challenging environment for residents, as the support provided does not always align with the expectations set by the pricing and reputation of the complex.

I'm really surprised... (Verified Renter)

I'm really surprised that a community of this size isn't more closely monitored by management, and that we don't receive regular communication besides announcements of office hours/closures and food trucks. I have had to call the security vendor numerous times for after hours noise. I live on the lap pool and it's party time on the weekends during the summer with loud, drunk people and music. As well, the apartments themselves are poorly constructed and you can hear neighbors having basic... conversations, open and closing doors, drawers, flushing toilets, etc. A very noisy living environment, particularly in my location.

I have never... (Verified Renter)

I have never lived in such an amazing apartment complex/neighborhood. My friend actually just moved in after touring because she loved it just as much as I do!

I have always... (Verified Renter)

I have always thought the maintenance crew and office staff are incredible at this community. Five star all the way! Their kindness stands out above all others.

I loved living... (Verified Renter)

I loved living at Citrine but I am disappointed about the increase in rent. I had lived there for almost 3 years and felt like in the end the company would rather have me leave than try to work out a new lease agreement.
