Courtland at Raven is a very nice and also a quiet community. I especially enjoy the gated community being safe and secure and kids not running all over the place, although there are kids that behave too. I like it because of its vicinity to the airport(5-10 minutes to park or UBER) for work and traveling, downtown, and most of the valley is 30 minutes or less. For me, being on the canal to walk, bike, and 3 golf courses being within 3 miles, not to mention the perfect gym with everything you... need, including showers, which you can lock the door, makes a very well atmosphere for those that like exercise and the outdoors.

I’ve live her hope 9 1/2 yrs and live it here! The area is perfect for my family. The garage is huge plus. The community is kept beautiful all year round. The staff is amazing and always available is something happens. Overall great place to live!!
