Pool area People needs to know when to go to the pool and when the pool is closed. And keep music down NOT loud where you can't hear ur own thought or trying to watch your television show. Other then that I love everything. Good job ??. Thank you

Which one? I submitted three tickets. The tickets were closed quickly, and that's where things begin to head downhill. They called the cops on the crackheads the next day, but they are usually gone during the day. The locks seem to be slightly repaired, but the gate latch is still a standard interior door handle (no lock). the dog mess containers were handled exactly like they have done in the past, remove a few bags off the top and leave the rest to rot.

Long time resident Overall I am satisfied with Modena however some things can be frustrating. One is that when you call they never answer and then if you do get someone on the phone, they say they will call back but rarely do. Also the gates never close. I also noticed that recently they haven’t been hosting the community events much. Pricing is good compared to how expensive everything has gotten lately.

Office I enjoy living in the community for most part quiet but I have seen some crime stealing bikes or peoples property. I also don’t appreciate being fined for my alarm going off. I have to have alarm on due to the theft etc it was unfair to charge me for that. Other than that keep up the great work!

Great Place I have been here for two years. I never had an issue. This is the first complex where I’ve stayed at where they actually do things monthly for the community and that I love. It’s right by the freeway and very close to the airport.
