Nice apartments, terrible management
These apartments are pretty nice, though pricey so you are paying for the location to a degree.
However the management of this building is terrible. As another reviewer mentioned, the parking situation has been terrible managed since I've gotten here, and because the parking poor people tend to park where needed meaning on more than one occasion have I had to tow people out of my assigned spot which can easily eat 3-4 hours of your day waiting for the tow company to come (oh, and you can't... really park anywhere else while you're waiting, meaning you have to wait out in the hot heat to make sure you don't get towed yourself).
They advertise "covered parking" and while touring will try to brandish this as an ammenity. In reality, these spots are so contended that you will be lucky to get one, and if you do you still risk it randomly getting assigned on the managements whim to someone else.
Parking is already a nightmare, and in a city where you basically are required to own a car, its just not worth the trouble.
