No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and tampering with them will result in a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. [SI]
