If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If a pet defecated and it was not picked up after, there is an applicable $500 fine per occurrence. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. If there is a delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys cost $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
