Igual Que el personal de Mantenimiento, si hay un problems lo arreglan al instante, Estamos contentos de vivir aqui un año y Renovamos contrato nuevamente.
Los Aoartamentos muy limpios y no hay cucarachas ni insectos, y eso me encanta!!

The entire application and move-in process was quick and intuitive. Management worked just as quickly and efficiently to have our needs met throughout the experience, and they have continued to do so during our stay.

The Colony has been a frustrating place to live. From unresolved noise complaints to inconsistent maintenance and unclean apartments at move-in, the community falls far short of expectations. Management is unresponsive to tenant concerns, and basic issues are often ignored or dismissed. Living here has been a constant source of stress, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a well-managed, comfortable community.

The Colony apartments is an absolute wonderful place to live. The management is very Professional, Friendly, and caring. Any issue I have brought to their attention was resolved Immediately. The apartment itself is beautiful as well, I've never had any issues with my apartment.
