We had a wonderful move-in experience with Kendra! She was so fast with reviewing everything and getting us keys. We love Alicante and really think you will too if you come.

I have recently moved to the Alicante community and the experience to date has been five stars. Sarika, was my leasing agent and from taking the time to show the different units, to explaining the process, walking me through the simple and easy steps of the application process, Sarika was always patient and professional even after the closing docs.

Sarieka met with us and remembered from a year ago when we visited Alicante. This time she had what we wanted which was first floor 1 bedroom. The apartment is lovely with all newly renovated kitchen, bathroom n appliances. The amenities are great n people are friendly for the most part. We have lived at Alicante for 5 years and have nothing but great things to say. Over the past couple of months, my family has fallen into some tough times. Ashley and Breanna have been there to help us in every way possible. I am forever grateful to call Alicante my home.

My experience was phenomenal touring Alicante. Kendra, who is one of the leasing agents, was very intentional and welcoming throughout my time touring. She did a great job at making me feel heard and addressing all of the needs/wants that I had. She also just genuinely seemed to love where she worked and that says a lot about a place you are thinking about making your home. Thank you Kendra for being awesome and helping make this process much less stressful! Shout out to the Leasing Manager Mark... as well. He was the first person I spoke to over the phone and was friendly and diligent with making sure I had everything I needed. One thing I have to share is that I saw Mark picking up dog poop right out front of the leasing office when I first showed up. He didn’t know I saw him doing this but I just thought it was some pet owner taking care of business. Nope! It was the leasing manager. That speaks volumes my friend!
