Clean, Quiet, and Convenient Location with Friendly Staff

I have had a very positive experience at Alize. The staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful, and they always make us feel welcome. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The location is also convenient, with easy access to major freeways and connecting roads. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Alize and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to live.

Alize team - who strives for providing great experience

We have a great staff at Alize who strives for excellence and provides a great excellence to the families living out here. I might miss some names and would like to do a shout out for Kyle, Susan, Kyle, Juana, Teo and all the staff members from maintenance and management teams.

A Great Place to Live

I have lived at the Alize for 20 years. I initially chose the Alize due to its proximity to my job. I’ve been retired for 10 years now and I still like living here. We are walking distance to the AV Town Center and a short distance to about everything else I need. The property is very well maintained as they are continually making improvements. The office staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff is courteous, and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. I would highly... recommend the Alize.

Tour

I was there on a whim for a tour for me and my girlfriend looking for a place and the Assistant Manager, Elva took care of us, answered all our questions and concerns. Great person to work with, super friendly. Thank you for being there on a last minute situation. We're looking forward to lease with you guys.
