I have been a resident at Alize for 18 years. I originally moved here because it was close to my work. I’ve been retired for 7 years and I still enjoy living here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A neighbor had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and the staff walked his dogs for the entire time he was there. Alize is constantly upgrading the community. Most recently they refurbished the community room with new décor. All the amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff are... all experienced, courteous, and prompt. Most routine requests are completed within the same day. I highly recommend the Alize if you are planning to move to the area.

I’ve lived in ALIZE for over five years and the service requests have always been excellent with response time and friendly people. I am grateful to live in a clean and well maintained gated community with my sons. The best part is not the pool which is pretty and fun but I like the garage. Thank you Alize for making my home a beautiful space for my family.

I have lived at Alize Apartments for 7 years. I love it here, the location, it’s very quiet, the staff is amazing. Every time I go in the office there’s actually someone you can talk to. If you’re looking for a place in Aliso Viejo, move to Alize Apartments.

Our time at Alize was unfortunately marked by a troubling gas leak incident. Despite our repeated reports of a gas odor, the management initially brushed off our concerns. It wasn't until we enlisted the help of a third-party expert that the gas leak was confirmed. This delayed response and apparent disregard for our safety highlighted a concerning lack of urgency and accountability from the management.
Moreover, this incident was just one aspect of our overall unsatisfactory experience with... the complex and its associates. From indifferent customer service to unresolved maintenance issues, our time there fell short of expectations. We urge prospective residents to carefully evaluate the management's responsiveness and commitment to resident well-being before considering this complex.
