You'll be surprised how quiet it feels here, even with its proximity to the main street and freeways. It has immediate access to shopping centers and restaurants, local services like auto care, post office, schools. Management has always been helpful, maintenance has been prompt and courteous. We love living here.

When we first moved in apartment looked clean. But very cheap paint is used so walls turn yellow real quick. Insulation system is very old so smells from what neighbors smoke or cook seeps to your apt. And I must grossly say that inside walls are roach infested.
If you move there, try to get a straight answer about how the water amount you pay is divided, amongst all neighbors since apts do not have individual water heaters!
Some neighbors that housed 4 people (or more) and stay home all day... are charged the same as people that house only 2 people and work all day. No preventative maintenance is done, things are fixed only if they break. And good luck with new neighbors, they let anybody move there. It’s awful and scary. Read More
