My experience so far has been great with the complex. They were helpful and understanding with the move in process and it’s been a great community so far since moving in. Very happy with the decision I made for my family here.

Not only are the staff helpful, but there is a definite effort to create a community atmosphere with the monthly newsletter, christmas holiday competition and the occasional carne asada and or movie night events.

Been living here for 9 years. Been blessed to have great neighbors. The maintanance employees are friendly and very profesional at their work. The few times that I have going to the main office or have a phone call, the interactions with the employes have been friendly and respectful. I do have have a suggestion that there should be clear label for the trash containers for the recycled and non-recycled trash. I have notice that there has been some confusion about this issue. Other than, it's a... good place to live in. Close to downtown, stores, school.
