The apartment is going great so far, the location is good. The space in the apartment is great. However, the only downside to living here is the cost of electricity due to the excessive amount of us having to use the air conditioning. It also does not blow that much cool air, and even with the low temperature adjustment, it still does not feel like cold air is coming out. And the parking situation is a bit out of hand. Washing machines are still broken since the day I moved in still having trouble with seeing bugs here and there. Hall carpets need to be replaced extremely stained and dirty.

You’ve gotta love a complex where everyone minds their Business. It’s quite enough where you can take a deep breath and enjoy a peace of mind.

They keep the property very clean and are usually very prompt to take care of any maintenance requests. Quiet and nice residents. Apartments are spacious, although the kitchens are very small.

Been living here for a couple years, it has gotten pretty bad. There id no cleaning maintenance on the weekends so it gets filthy there’s always dog urine in and by the elevators there’s waste in the front grass areas. I think management has to do a better job with enforcing pet rules for those with pets because is getting disgusting. Another issue is if something breaks example appliances they will “fix it” but will never get replaced even if it’s old and breaks weekly. The maintenance team is... better but they can only do so much. The noise is insane quiet hours are not enforced at all. Pool rules are not enforced there are people having parties at the pool every weekend. I believe this complex would benefit from a better management team that is able to handle all these issues.
