Atwell at Folsom Ranch

At Well At Folsom Ranch is a great community non-bias non-prejudice go above and beyond the staffs are very nice and friendly. All the amenities are perfect for self-care. I just start learning to walk in the area for my own self-care and I’m gonna be walking into their gym pretty soon great community staff our friendly neighbors are friendly and respectful and what I love the most is the doorstep garbage pick up that makes life a lot easier for me. The process of touring and leasing our apartment at the Atwell was very streamlined. Our leasing agent Kymberly was newer to this complex, but she made it a priority to answer my questions and was just as passionate about me making the right decision as I was. These are luxury apartments, they're pretty much always quiet, and everyone we've met has been kind. The inside of each apartment is clean and modern which I appreciate as well. The only complaint I would have is that the gym is quite... small but if you already have a gym membership or are considering one, that won't be a problem. If I went off the Google Reviews I would have missed the opportunity of living in this beautiful community. Ofcos it’s not going to be 100% percent but so far so good, I had the best experience with the Management team . Very accommodating

Filter & Fridge handle Received prompt reply to my request from the office and a quick visit from maintenance.
