Everything is pretty good here. We had a tough time with the application process to get in here at first but everything worked out & hopefully our application will be renewed to stay here a bit longer.

The is place is great location close to downtown and all major freeway. The staff is very friendly and kind. The maintenance tech is very knowledgeable. The community is always clean and very well kept. I would definitely recommend this is place! If you are looking to live in the West Sacramento areas, this is the place for you!

If your intent is to lease at this property, I would advise leasing elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the outward appearance of this complex. It is a complete hellhole managed by an incompetent staff. If you believe that you would love to live in a community in which disrespectful residents run the community instead of management, constantly disturb the peace, constantly violate noise ordinances, and commit multiple lease violations, which management refuses to address, then this is the oasis for... you. If you believe that you would enjoy paying for an assigned carport each month as a part of your lease and rent, while management permits other insolent residents and their guests to freely park in your space without any corrective action, a breach of contract I may add, this is the oasis for you. If you enjoy the constant sound of fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and early morning without any explanation from management or corrective action, this the oasis from you. If you think you would enjoy encountering homeless and other random individuals loitering within the complex while taking your trash out, this is the oasis for you. If you think you would enjoy constantly dealing with incompetent management, this is the oasis for you. One of the biggest red flags which I regret ignoring before signing my lease, occurred when I attempted to contact the property multiple times to try to discuss leasing options, to no avail. What is even more alarming is that on the date of move-in, the leasing agent that I had corresponded with and complete my lease agreement with, failed to advise the manager of the property of my move-in date. I’ve really been enjoying my time here. The apartments space and floor plan structure is amazing. They had a food truck event during and after office hours which made the event accessible for myself since I work during office hours!

The maintenance team in itself is a major strength to the community. I appreciate their kindness and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They are prompt and on time with every request! Big shout out to Victor!
