It has been a great experience living here. The community is nice and the staff is great! I love that I can walk around the apartment at 2am and feel safe. Very friendly environment and close to the freeway, downtown and a shopping center. This is a place I would live until I find my forever home.

We have been living at 850 Sacramento Avenue for almost three years, and we are very happy to call this place home. The community is well maintained, comfortable, and the management team truly cares about the residents.
The staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Whenever we have a maintenance request or something needs to be fixed in our apartment, the team responds quickly and takes care of the issue.
We also really appreciate how much effort is put into improving the property.... Last year, the buildings were professionally cleaned and painted, and recently new asphalt was installed. It’s nice to see that the community is constantly being maintained and updated.
Another thing we love is that the management organizes events and parties for residents throughout the year. It creates a friendly atmosphere and makes the community feel more welcoming.
After almost three years here, we continue to have a very positive experience. We are happy to live here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice, well-maintained place to call home in West Sacramento!
