Pique at Iron Point

I truly appreciate living at The Pique.The staff work hard in service of the residents and consistently demonstrate care, helpfulness, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.

Recently, protective netting was installed under the rooflines of several buildings to help mitigate swallow nesting. Unfortunately, I ran over nails that had been left on the roadway following the work and had to replace two tires.

What impressed me was how The Pique responded\. The team listened to my concern,... followed through, and helped facilitate reimbursement from the contractor responsible for the work. They took the situation seriously and helped ensure it was resolved fairly

Leak There is leak but unfortunately hasnt been repaired yet. A spare parts was ordered to fix what was to be the cause of the leak however, it takes long time for it to arrive.

Garage door Maintenance came and diagnosed the problem and it seriously took two minutes to resolve
