Avoid. Terrible communication.

I had high hopes when I first showed interest in this property, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the property management team, I received little to no communication in return. This lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional but also concerning for anyone considering renting here. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can only imagine the level of service they provide to actual residents. I’ve since decided to look... elsewhere for housing, as I need a property management team that is reliable and communicative. I strongly urge others to think twice before considering this property.

It’s only just looks

Great management team but if you're looking to reside on the first floor, just know you'll hear EVERYTHING that's going on the on the 2nd floor. My neighbor is literally walking around with steel boots or something. I can hear when they are opening their closet or using their bathroom UGH and their conversation. With rennovation and all, I wished there was something that could have been done with the thin ceiling.

Update: I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here. Now there’s...
pest and what an inconvenience. The manager tells me this as I was picking up my keys and have already signed.

Worst Experience with an Apartment Community

They have a 10PM quiet hours, but management never enforces it. Some residents throw loud parties until 3AM every weekend. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you don't need to sleep.

Manager never do their job

I scheduled an appointment but on scheduled time they never showed up. And when i called them they never picked up their phone. The property manager never do their job!

They don’t want to rent the apartment

Hi there! I’m trying to schedule a view for those apartments for 2 weeks ago. They never awnser the phone anytime. I call so many times that one time they pickup the phone and guess what???? They could schedule a view on that time because they were living the office earlier that day. Oh, they don’t make appointments on weekends too. So if you want to rent this apartment I wish you a good luck my friend!!!! I wasn’t so lucky or persistent enough.
