I would not recommend moving here.
Tons of hidden fees. Management is not helpful or easy to contact for any issues whatsoever. The proximity to the beach is the only upside.

My experience living here was riddled with issues. I was lied to multiple times by different members of management. They failed to address serious safety concerns in the property. There were massive rats on my patio for months & they never remedied it. Then at move out they tried billing me for additional rent and unjustified "repair" expenses. STAY AWAY!!

I chose this apartment knowing little about the area and without being able to visit. It was a massive mistake. There are many issues making it unpleasant to live. But the worst part is the major safety issues that arise routinely and management doing nothing about it. I have found homeless men sleeping in the hallway twice in 6 months and have seen others wandering the complex going through trash. There have been other violent domestic fights, my car has been rummaged through and people often... complain about things being stolen from their patios. I've reported issues to management and have asked for next steps to be taken for resident safety; cameras and a security guard. But nothing has been done and despite escalating my concerns I've been clearly told nothing will be done. The worst part was after the second time I found a drunk homeless man outside of my door I tried to warn other residents on our community board to be careful and lock their car and apt doors. Management conveniently didn't post my warning while posting items for sale and other communications. That was the last straw. Not only is this place unsafe but the management wants to hide the issues. Be warned if you are considering moving here and if you live in HV please lock your doors, be aware and stay safe.

We moved in 2 weeks ago and our apartment is infected with roaches. Hard to call this place a home under these circumstances specially given the price we are paying monthly. We have notified management and they have been responsive but the infestation persists. Kind of disgusting, they come out of every where. Infestation is even worse in our patio for which we are paying but cannot enjoy.
Very cheap finishing in the units. The cheapest of the cheapest.
We did not realized the place has NO... AIR Conditioning. I thought it should explicitly be made known to potential renters.
We got a unit in front of the dog park so there is always bad odor coming out of it. Extremely loud at times. My kids have allergies so it has been very difficult to live here. They seem all about moneymaking and not making people feel at home. If we had not moved in without seeing the unit because of COVID, we would never have signed a lease here. We would never consider a UDR property given this experience.
