The roach problem is severe and clearly not limited to one unit — the entire property appears to be infested. This is not an isolated issue; it’s a building-wide problem.

The internet service is extremely unreliable. It’s so poor that I regularly turn off the provided WiFi and rely on my 5G instead.

On top of that, the required add-on fees (internet, parking, and other mandatory charges) add up quickly. You will end... up paying significantly more than the advertised rent, which feels misleading.

The apartment doesn't look like the photos! If you want the manager special, go ahead. Stuff gets painted over stuff and its not maintain.

Rose beach? Should be roach beach! Cars get broken into ppl steal and gang members on regular basis. Gates are never secure, ppl. Break them. Stay away! 10 managers quit in like 18-14 months time!

This apartment complex is very poorly built, and maintained. The apartment itself looks like it's falling apart around you. With a complex with over 100 units it only provides 7 visitors parking spot. Oh and don't invited any one over when leasing office is close because their car will be towed. Employees in office are rude. Don't waste your time trying to contact corporate no ever get back to you

THESE APARTMENTS ARE TERRIBLE, I WENT TO CHECK ONE OF THE AVAILABLE UNITS, I WAS DISGUSTED BY THESE ROACH INFESTED CUBICLE BOXES THEY CALL APARTMENTS. ONLY DO THEY SERIOUSLY HAVE A PEST PROBLEM, THEY ALSO SMELL OF THE LINGERING ODORS OF ALL THE BAD COOKING THAT HAS OCCURRED INSIDE THESE CRAMPED CHICKEN COOPS, I SERIOUSLY FELT TRAPPED BY THE WAY THESE APARTMENTS ARE LAID OUT.
