I’ve been living here for about a year and a half and it has been a really great experience. The environment is very nice, and the staff team is professional and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, which makes it a wonderful place to live. I’m very happy to call this place home.

The district provides a safe living space with great amenities like 2 pools and 3 workout rooms plus 2 community rooms. The apts are modern the parking is secure, staff is friendly and catering plus they provide 24/7 on site security. The complex is located near a Costco, Albertsons, a Fraser Farms, Vine Ripe, Grossmont Shopping Mall, and a plethora of restaurants all in walking distance! Love it here!
