The newly renovated unit at Bella Terra looks beautiful (but there are quality issues), the views are great, and the neighbors are friendly. However, we have only lived here 3 weeks and already have several unresolved maintenance issues which have not been addressed despite multiple follow-ups. We are, so far, extremely disappointed with the response to maintenance issues (for example, we are still missing a window screen and we still don't have access to our mail because the keys provided... didn't work in our assigned mailbox and, when asked, the man at the leasing office said they would "try to get it fixed"...that was 2 weeks ago).

I have lived in bella terra for a couple of years, this residential is very quiet, the facilities are in good condition and the neighbors are friendly.
