I have lived here since 2017. Any issues I have had have always been quickly resolved. The longevity of staying has a lot to do with the amenities, proximity to transportation and the freeway, as well as safety.

So far this place has been really good. Leasing office has been really nice and really helpful. All the amenities are clean and enjoyable and overall this place is an upgrade from the last complex I was at.

No apartment is without its downsides however, I have noticed that maintenance is super on top of things when I ask. My only gripe is that sometimes I smell smoke from my balcony.
