Everything is late
The complex is so large that any repairs, even minor ones take weeks to get resolved. But if you're more than three days late on rent they immediately start the eviction process

The 2 bedroom apartments have a huge master suite with walk in closet. The living riom is decent sized and there is central A/C. Biggest drawback to this complex is the noise level. Many college students rent here and often have 4 or 5 people living in each apartment, and often have loud parties. Calling Platt Security which patrols the area will send an officer out to break up the party, but by that time your kids are already awake! Overall, I like living here though.

The apartments are nice, private and quiet. Although it attracts a share of Cal State Long Beach students, they have all blended in. There may occasionally be a party but things have always quieted at an appropriate time. Dogs are allowed and all of the residents we have met have been very responsible with their pets.

So I love this place. Pet friendly, lots of college students, laid back environment. Prices are reasonable if you have people sharing rooms and you don't sign your lease in the summer. Very convenient location, right next to grocery stores and fast food places. However, parking is impossible. Plus they make you pay an extra $75 for a parking spot way away from your apartment. For parking in the street, there have been a few vehicle break-ins, and I've watched over a hundred bumped taps. They... give you air conditioning, but if you use it, the electricity bill is upwards of $200. Overall a clean and very livable apartment complex.
