Management couldn't be worse. I have been living here for almost a year now. And it is impossible to reach the management. One of the neighbors has been unbelievably laud( for a few months). It is like digging a hole in my roof and brain every minute of the day and night. No one in management is taking an afford to respond to my emails or calls. I am shocked at how they can ignore their tenant so easily!!!

Terrible management, bad experience with the staff that works for the property.

We moved here some weeks ago and we love it.
It's a great community and the managers really give much effort should you have a problem. Some minor issues took them a while and the emergency hotline contact was a bit rude and couldn't solve our problem, but the overall experience is quite good.
The apartment itself is perfect for our needs and recently remodeled, it has a modern look and we love it.
The pool area is never packed and there is a bbq and fireplaces that can be uses by everyone.

This is a safe neighborhood and near many things: Hancock Park, LACMA, Wilshire Museum Mile, and a Farmers Market every Wednesday on Wilshire. They even have a little doggie park on the property with a bowl of refreshing water for a hot day and lots of doggie poo bags after your dog has done her toilet.

This property is beautifully renovated with amazing landscaping. The contemporary chic decor is simply astonishing with an awesome pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center! The tenants are quiet and peaceful. It is located in the heart of LA, minutes away from Hollywood and downtown, adjacent to Beverly Hills!!
