New Management Surprise

Everyone in the building learned the building had been sold by a paper left in the elevator letting us know where to send rent now (which was a broken system). Everything since then has been a mess, the cleanliness of the building has suffered greatly, rent payments are always some new curve ball, management is impossible to get a hold of, the maintenance emergency line they listed in the lobby was for a different building, delivery drivers are unable to get into the building, etc. Unless lots... of changes are made and our rent is unchanged, I doubt we will stay past our lease.
