Roddy de la Garza grew up inside real estate. Raised in a family brokerage spanning more than 50 years, he was measuring houses and hanging for-sale signs by the age of eight, learning early how homes, people, and decisions intersect. Since 2014, he has closed over 780 transactions totaling more than $400M in volume. His career spans real estate, media, publishing, technology, and entertainment, shaping an approach that treats home staging like set design and each sale like a film shoot, planned and executed with intention. Influenced by improv training and a background in film directing, Roddy believes clarity beats theater, and momentum beats perfection.
