La Belle at Hollywood Tower

La Belle at Hollywood Tower was the first apartment community we looked at and the next five didn’t even compare. We’ve been living here in this glorious modern old Hollywood feel community right in the heart of this vibrant city, where we can literally walk to everything, for 2.5 years now and we absolutely love it! You cannot put a price on feeling safe in your home and having dedicated parking in LA is an incredible bonus I wouldn’t live without. The units are beautifully designed with... elegant colors, and my floor plan is absolute perfection to share with my young adult - with rooms opposite sides of the apartment. No sacrifices here, as they welcomed our fur babies, and the units are equipped with all the must-have amenities, including washer/dryer, rain shower, fireplace and wine fridge. It feels like living in an exclusive resort with the gorgeous infinity pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, luxurious lounge and what feels like my own personal exercise salon. I've been living at La Belle for the past 5 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. This place has truly become my home, and there are several reasons why I am so pleased with it.

First and foremost, the management team is outstanding. They are always responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents.

The amenities are awesome and really add to the quality of life here. The fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is relaxing and perfect for unwinding,... and the lounge is a great space to socialize or work.

The location of the building is another major plus. It's conveniently situated near shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the neighborhood has to offer.

Lastly, the sense of community among the residents is something I really appreciate. Everyone is friendly and respectful, which makes for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

My wife and I have been at La Belle for a few years now and couldn't be happier. Very accommodating, very professional, lots of amenities and the management team was great about getting us a second unit. Helped expand our business and wouldn't be able to have done so without them. Pet friendly too, our dog loves it here. Complex itself is in a really ideal location in the heart of Hollywood. No complaints here!

I’ve been living at La Belle at Hollywood Tower for 3+ years now and I absolutely love it! The property is so beautiful and it’s well-maintained. The management team, maintenance, and security are all great! Everytime I’ve needed help with anything, the La Belle team is always there for me. I love living at this property and I highly recommend it!
