How Is This Rating Determined?

Horrible experience

Walls and ceilings are thin. Neither of my neighbors above my unit and next door were obnoxiously loud by any means but i could hear every single footstep from above, I could hear the toilet flush, conversations etc. The manager Angelia is extremely rude, talks down on residents. Washer and dryers on site leave a smell on your clothes.
