I wish I could add videos to this review. This building is a nuisance property and I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here who wants peace. The most recent events include a resident who just got a dog. The dog barks and howls incessantly at all times of the day (as I’m writing this review I’ve been woken out of my sleep at 7am) and management could care less. I’ve also complained about another resident who stands out on his balcony for hours and coughs/hacks extremely loud because he smokes weed... , and spits onto other people’s balconies/patios beneath them. We’ve also seen him empty his trash onto neighboring balconies/patios. Does management care to react when I call to complain? No. Maybe they won’t care until I file a complaint that this building is a nuisance property. Let’s see how the dice roll. In the meantime, you’ve been warned. Stay away from this property. We were so excited to move in and Adriana let us down. This place is going downhill they allow parties and smoking now. There has been MULTIPLE break ins in the garage and tenants just post pictures because security is a joke here. In fact, although our neighbor does drugs and parties with her kid in the apartment and she has MULTIPLE lease violations, the management team has done nothing. Don’t do it. This place has horrible management and they aren’t nice. The amenities rarely work well and they randomly change policy and charge you when you don’t notice.

Never in my life… I saw this place had some openings and they were much cheaper than what I’m paying now, so obviously I came to check it out. Scheduled a showing online and they sent me 5-6 texts confirming. I get to the property a little early (around 2:15 for a 2:30 showing) and the office looks closed. A woman comes out a door and asks if she can help me. I tell her I’m there for a showing and she says someone will be with me. Around 2:30 she raises the gate for the office. I thought maybe... it was show time, but nope… she just went and disappeared in the back… to her credit she did come out and say whomever should be here shortly, but that was 20 mins ago… I have now wasted 45 mins of my time here, plus the time to write I this review… Super unprofessional, I’m happy I saw this before taking the bait of cheap rent….. Don’t waste your money— This place charges a $200 holding fee as they review your application, saying that if they deny you or you cancel within 72 hours, you can get it back

They proceeded to ignore all phone calls from us, ghost us, and not notify us of getting the place until 2 weeks, the day before we were looking to move, all to say “well you should’ve called within the 72”

It’s been a year since then and they’ve still ignored calls and emails to give the refund back. LA has enough... problems with terrible landlords. Read More
