Look Elsewhere

Worst management ever. I would give negative stars if I could. Management never replies when I email them, they never update our information that we call in about multiple times, staff doesn't even know their own office hours, elevators and laundry machines are constantly out of order, multiple thefts to our unit and my car in the garage during our stay, roach infestation, I could go on and on and on, but basically, don't even consider living here.

We understand that transitioning to a new system can take some...
adjustment. The recent upgrade to ButterflyMX was implemented as part of a larger security enhancement for the community. This system allows us to better control and monitor access points, ensure that only verified lease-holding residents and their approved guests can enter, and reduce unauthorized entry. It also gives residents the ability to manage guest access remotely, which adds an extra layer of convenience once fully set up.

Our goal is always to balance convenience with security, and this upgrade plays a big role in protecting both our residents and the property long term. We’re still in the final optimization stages and truly appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue refining the system.

If there’s anything specific about the app experience that’s been frustrating, we’d love to hear more so we can help. Thank you again for being part of the community!

There was some good improvements after they change management..Big change was the parcel now more organized not being left in the ground anymore.Plus they are changing access to an app based entrance and exit which is more secured.Great improvements
