I love the staff. They're so helpful. But the owners won't let them upgrade my carpet that is over 20 years old and my oven. My apartment can you use an upgrade. I'm grateful for the work they have done… Thank you team.

My bathtub drain was severely clogged and water was overflowing all over the bathroom. However unlikely I expected, our maintenance team fixed the troubled drain in no time so quickly. Unbelievable! Thanks to the well organized and efficient our new management’s work flow handling strategy , my dire situation was resolved so quickly. It was a wonderful experience that I’ve not had for a long time! Hope The Chadwick home will be continuously thriving with innovative new vision and inspiring... leadership of our new leasing manager along with their team.

The Chadwick is a diverse community situated near K-Town. Once you’re in the Chadwick, you feel like you’ve stepped away from the busy K-Town area and noise. The area is secured with smart entry and amenities are great! I’ve loved using the pool and gym and look forward to the small soccer field and full basketball court. Being pet friendly and having assigned parking is major plus! Ask for Savannah as your leasing agent, she’s the best!
