Park Newport is amazing! Everything is here from my hair stylist, to my dry cleaners, to a market with any snack craving! The amenities are great and the place is great!

Park Newport with Greystar is not livable

New management doesn't care about existing residents and they are disrespectful. They have stopped regular clean ups, they added back utilities to rent silently and there is mold in sauna and gym. They close the facilities intermittently without explanation.
I am moving out after 7 years of living here

5 star reviews are fake, this place is horrible

Please take into account the date of reviews as they are mostly created June 9th. This place with Greystar has been a mess, they are disrespectful to current tenants and their focus is on construction to attract new residents.

Please think double as you pay the same rent here as a new apartment anywhere else in OrangeCounty
