Location, location, location.

BUT no clubhouse, pool, Jacuzzi, library, fireplace, barbecue grill, gym, sauna, steam, showers for 6 MONTHS.

This is a review I'm the bling of sharing on popular apps: beautiful location, horrible , greedy management! All the inconveniences brought about by the "reimagining " of the complex as they put it , no consideration for the current residents or even a reduction in rent while this is going on. Once you sign that lease , you are not considered priority at all ! For people who have been here for years, paying their rent on time ; they want to get rid of you now so they can remodel your unit... and rent it for a higher price ; therefore they ignore your maintenance request

We all think our rent should be reduced since we can’t enjoy the clubhouse, swimming pool, sauna room, gym, and all the other amenities. These facilities are part of what we are paying for, and they were one of the main reasons we chose to move into this community. If none of these can be used, it would only be fair and reasonable for our rent to be reduced.

It’s the single worst place I’ve lived and it’s not even close. I’ve moved many times, all over the world and this is a shockingly bad and unacceptable experience in all regards.
