Love living here

I've been here at Villa Vicente for 2 years now and have really enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is quiet, and haven't had any issues with neighbors being loud. Everything is clean and well taken care of.

The apartment is the perfect size and the upgrades they made prior to moving in really make the space seem bigger and more modern than non-renovated units. I'm glad I chose this one. My only gripe being not enough places within short walking distance, but so much is still a short... distance away.

As Shady as a landlord could get

Dishonest business practices and a lack of responsiveness & accountability. Villa Vicente is an unsafe community. The trees at the property are dangerous and the community refuses to do anything about it. The management office is unresponsive and unreliable. Do not do business with this management company. I have reached out to the corporate office and I have yet to receive a response. Do not lease an apartment at this shady business

Ok Starter Apartment, Wouldn't Recommend for Long-Term

I lived at Villa Vicente for 3 years. There was unfortunately constant plumbing issues, specifically with the toilet. Towards the end, I felt very unsanitary in my own apartment. Also, my upstairs neighbors were very loud at night - but whenever I called security, they said they were unable to do anything about it. This is a fine apartment complex if you really need to move out of your current situ and need something temp or for a year, but I wouldn't really recommend this complex for long-term... living. The front office people are very nice, and the laundry facilities are clean and nice, so there's definitely ups to this place!

Not bad for price...

I have lived in my current apartment for 3 years now, I have never had any major issues that didn't go unnoticed. Since there are a lot of trees throughout the complex, there are also a lot of spiders, squirrels and birds. There is a gym also that is always clean and readily available. I have horrible cell phone reception and unfortunately you can only have one cable provider because of the landscape but I have to say, because of the price and location you really cant beat what Villa Vicente... offers.
