Happy to have new washers and dryers in laundry room! They should be locked at night though to prevent more vandalism from happening. Windows in gym should be closed at night to keep the moisture out - especially since the treadmill is right next to windows. Need a dumpster for recycle since the 2 small bins are always full.

This was not my first choice when looking for an apartment. I ended up here by chance as the leasing office of my first choice was "closed" without listing a return time. I continued down the street and ended up at Shoreline. I was impressed with the dog park right away and knew this was a dog friendly community. The office was open and the leasing agent was willing to show me all the available units and did so in a very low pressure way. I was impressed. I moved in and ever since I have been... happy with my choice. My dog is happy here and so am I.

Shoreline apartment has been fantastic so far.

Pros:
-Modern single bed apartment with large living room, patio and kitchen.
-24/7 gym and laundry with a Rec center in day time.
-Welcoming community for dogs and has its own dog park.
-Parking space

Cons:
-needs more 2 bedroom units. My understanding is there isn't many. Would be nice to construct more and rent them out at a premium. This place would be very competitive with additional 2bed units.
