I don't like that the community now so clearly identifies as an "assisted living" style community. That was not the case when we moved here in January 2025, and I dislike that aspect. I don't want craft workshops or other assistance with daily living. I moved here because of the beautiful grounds and amenities; it felt luxurious, but now it feels like where poor people live. Not because of a changing demographic but because of the communication from the management. The amenities and grounds are... still beautiful.

My overall experience, moving into Ascent was great. Leasing staff and management were very professional,,helpful and knowledgeable about the community and the area as well as explaining move-in specials.As a woman safety is a number one priority for me and that’s something I definitely feel at Ascent. I was a leasing consultant in the Bay Area for over 10 years. I would say this property has been my favorite one that I have visited and overall experience with staff, amenities, community safety... . I would highly recommend Ascent for your future home.

After nearly 11 years at Ascent, we can confidently say it has been a wonderful place to call home. The location is hard to beat—conveniently situated just off the freeway and within minutes of great shopping, restaurants, and everyday essentials.

The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping, stately palm trees, and colorful flowering plants that create a welcoming atmosphere year-round. The maintenance team is exceptional, consistently responding quickly and professionally... whenever we've needed assistance.

Perhaps what we've appreciated most is the peaceful, safe environment. Even after all these years, we've rarely heard our neighbors through the walls, making Ascent a remarkably quiet and comfortable place to live.
If you're looking for an apartment community that combines convenience, beauty, attentive service, and tranquility, we highly recommend Ascent. It has truly been a place we're grateful to call home.
