When first moved here our windows were sealed up with plastic for weeks as they're completing maintenance of painting every time there's an issue the maintenance people be here for hours just going in and out not completing things one maintenance guy Antonio to be exact is very inappropriate makes inappropriate statements and I was advised office I do not want him coming back one time I toilet wouldn't flush go down or anything they were at my house for 8 hours we get notices that say this is... going to take place from this week to this week and we got to figure out how where to go and how to survive when it's a a stretch of weeks at a time to get stuff done and not knowing when they're going to complete the project and it's stagnates our life I hope everything is almost done the apartments are aware of the construction that's happening but the tenants are not aware of the construction and we're up all night off the street and construction is going on from 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. the next morning unable to sleep because you can hear everything through the windows now we have new windows my Apartments flooded from the air conditioner unit already twice my door looks as if it was kicked in it's very unsafe I have homeless people sitting at the bottom of my stairs at times and I'm a single mom and it's not really Pleasant

Great place to live at. Community here is very friendly and responds to all work orders in a timely matter. Staff is very friendly and the place is clean.

Under the new management, the quality of life here is deteriorating. There is no screening process for selecting new tenants; consequently, there is crime, excessive noise, dirty swimming pools, groups of rowdy children in the gym area, the smell of marijuana, and neighbors arriving at 1:00 a.m. with loud music. I stay here because the location is convenient for my job and for the sake of my family's stability. Please pay closer attention to the management; it seems as though there is no leader... in place to maintain control.
