Recently I moved into this apartment complex and experiencing issues with water pressure which is very low in the bathroom, in shower. It is so low that you can barely rinse off soap or shampoo properly. Water pressure in the kitchen tab is also low and even really difficult to flush the toilet properly and for the second shot you need to wait for a little more time for toilet tank to fill up with water. No sense of you are feeling relax in your bathrom.

Not enough parking. Tags are needed on cars for residents. Guest parking should be on street for this part of small complex. Gate access needs fixing asap. EV chargers taking up space for smaller complex.
