Amazing Tour & Friendly Team

Toured at Shaliko this past week with my roommate. We have been looking all around Rocklin and we can definitely say that Shaliko has the friendliest bunch of people working there! It was really cool to see all the things they offer for their residents. My current and previous apartment communities could never! Shaliko is one of the top contenders for our move next year.

Beautiful Community

Upon visiting for a hopeful drop in tour i was greeted instantly with a caring voice and wonderful attitude. The tour went great and kaitlyn was really knowledgae about the property and surrounding areas. I felt comfortable and right at home being in that lovely clubhouse! Also best gym i have ever seen in a community. This place is doin things right!

I love living here

The Shaliko Team is truly going the extra mile. Shaliko has always been great but this past year has truly been top notch. There is always something going on we’ve done national cake day, cookie day, lemonades, fancy sodas, and more I’m probably forgetting about. The coffee bar is always fully stocked and the team at Shaliko is so friendly. The office is on top of everything and I can’t even give the maintenance team enough praise. Shaliko is by far the best community I’ve ever lived at. The... team is constantly communicating with residents via email and the maintenance team I swear has been at my front door 5 minutes after I have submitted a work order. Love living here!!!

Customer Service at it’s Finest

I visited Shaliko with my brother today as he was looking for his first apartment. We immediately noticed how beautiful and clean the grounds are. When we stopped in the leasing office we saw were greeted by Kaitlyn with a warm smile. What stood out was how personable she was and she took the time to get to know us and find out what we were looking for. James the manager, brought us a coffee from the complimentary coffee bar, which is stocked like a coffee shop. The apartments we viewed were... modern and extremely clean. We had looked at a few different apartment communities and Shaliko stood out for the quality, attention to detail and price. Thank you Shaliko team.

Amazing Resident Amenities

The Shaliko team puts on amazing resident events as well as great amenities. The coffee bar is always fully stocked with cold brew, different flavor creamers and syrups, and always looks like a hotel when I walk in most recently they did a caramel apple event where you could make your own caramel apple they had a wine night that was really fun and I had a chance to meet a few of my neighbors who I never would have known lived next to me.
