Amazing Team / Place .

This is my second time coming back to BRIO and it’s for a reason . The team and staff in this complex are just outstanding . Gina never disappointed me when I had any questions or concerns or when I needed help with the unit . I could not choose any other place to stay other than at BRIO .

Great place to live

I lived at this location for almost 9 years and the apartment manager, Gina is amazing! Also Ken and the whole Maintenance team is always there to help and very nice. Beautiful pool/barbecue area for summertime enjoyment. Great place to live!

Highly Recommended

I just moved from the Brio Apartments a couple of months ago and wanted to share what a wonderful place to live in has been! Also, Gina from the property management is the go to person if you need help with relocating. She is very professional, caring and knowledgeable making your stay vey pleasant.

Find a new home or we’ll be homeless in 30 days

Signed lease for new apartment. 1 month before our move in date we get a text msg from Brio letting us know that the apt is no longer available.

We had already given notice at our current place.

Let me say that again, they text us to let us know we would have no place to move-in to and offered no restitution

Not just disappointing, we are now scrambling to find a new home or we’ll be homeless in 30 days

Looking for comfort, peace & quiet spot! BRIO is the SPOT!

I’ve resided here for almost 2 years for work related relocation. It’s cute, small and family-friendly community.

Gina and Kenny went above and beyond of getting the spot for me in a timely matter before I moved in. They were very accommodating and did an AMAZING JOB on getting a unit for me. Cost of living is doable but due to my circumstances. I had to go.

Gina is a hard working and a badass for getting things done. Just be discreet, have common sense, and be considerate as a new coming... resident.

Kenny is phenomenal mechanic for any issues in the unit. Have a problem submit a ticket on the online portal. Very simple and easy!

I would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends.

If I get a chance to relocate back, I would.
