Edge at Howarth Park

I lived at Edge with my three kids for a little over a year and had a positive experience overall. Hanna, the property manager, was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, especially during move-in and move-out.

The grounds were well maintained (among the best landscaping I’ve seen in roughly 18 years of renting) and the location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, schools, and Howarth Park. Friendly neighbors and onsite EV charging were additional positives.

The experience can vary by... unit. Mine was directly across from the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ area, which was convenient but also brought more foot traffic and activity. Unit location, storage, assigned parking, and recurring costs are worth considering. I also prefer communities with onsite management, especially when shared amenities are heavily used, which is one reason for my four-star rating.

Crooks. We moved in to a dirty apartment. Spent 3 days cleaning it. We moved out and cleaned the apartment leaving it in better condition then we received it. Anything to keep your deposit!

Terrible landlord. was hoping they would have some decency. Do NOT TRUST.

My boyfriend and I had been apartment searching for months when we discovered the Edge at Howarth Park and fell in love. Hanna was so amazing and not only answered every question we had, but had the best attitude. I am so thankful we found such a beautiful apartment and met the best property manager we could have hoped for. Thank you Hanna!
