Disgusting

I will never recommend these apartments, extremely terrible and unfriendly staff at the reception, very rude and disrespectful.

I do not advise

The gates often don't close. therefore, there are strangers on the territory and theft occurs. The staff is not friendly. When concluding a rental agreement, they do not warn that the barbecue and pool area is only open in the summer. For a short delay near the pool, you are prohibited from using it for a whole year.

Don't be fooled

I'll start by saying don't be fooled by the prime location and the charm their staff turn on. Their management is clueless. It took us about 3 months to get one issue fixed inside our unit and the staff in the office is so disconnected no one knows what the other is doing. Their maintenance does not follow through. They do a half fast job on most repairs. The issue we had lingering for 3 months is still there. I've literally just given up. We have ground wasp nests right outside our unit that... are getting closer and closer to the door. They don't refill the propane in their barbecues and their gym is constantly out of cups and water. When it was brought up to the staff in the office they said they're short on maintenance. How is that our problem? We pay a premium to enjoy these amenities and we can't. Very disappointment.
