The Preserve at Creekside

Nice property and office managers Very helpful office and offered to take us on a tour right when we arrived. Nice pool, gym area and equipment. Clean complex with garages available for some units which was nice. Parking spaces may be limited at times though so expect a full lot on weekends at night.

The rent at The Preserve at Creekside is outrageously high and completely unjustified. Safety is a major and ongoing issue.
Car break-ins happen regularly — windows are smashed, wheels are stolen, and vehicles are vandalized. This is a known problem, not an isolated incident.
Management shows little to no response and takes no effective action. For a community charging premium prices, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Renters should think twice before moving in.

Security here is very poor. Car tires are stolen at night, and nothing has been done even after residents requested cameras and better security. My car tires were stolen recently, and I had to spend $4,700 to replace them. Management must take this issue seriously. I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the ongoing security problems in our community. Unfortunately, the theft of car tires has become a major issue, happening repeatedly during the night. This clearly shows that there... is no effective security or monitoring system in place.

Despite several suggestions from residents, such as installing security cameras around the community and ensuring that gates are properly locked, no effective action has been taken so far. A few nights ago, my own car tires were stolen, which forced me to spend $4,700 on new tires and wheels.

This is not only my personal problem but an issue affecting many residents. Therefore, I strongly request that the management take serious and immediate measures to improve community security and protect residents’ property.

Easy, great people, no hassle !! My boyfriend and I recently moved in and we chose to tour here! Kind people, easily accessible (getting a tour), and very clean and nice area! Location is great and so far we love it !!
