Air Conditioner

My AC and thermostat completely shut off. It was 102 degrees outside and 94 degrees inside my apartment. I was stressed because my cats were visibly uncomfortable. I called emergency maintenance and before I could get off the phone with the agent I already had maintenance attempting to contact me. Vimal the maintenance manager let me know he was on his way. Within 15 minutes he had my AC temporarily working for the night and promised he would be back the following morning to replace my... “transformer”? 9am the next day he is at my door with parts and has everything fixed in about 20 minutes. He even brought me a new filter and cleaned my coils and it smelled amazing in my apartment after. That is just one example of how maintenance saves the day here. I will live here as long as I’m renting.

Great customer service!

Although we did not end up renting with Hidden Lakes, due to needing a place with a garage/more storage space, we still had a fantastic experience throughout our communication with them! We worked with Tony and Jordan and they were both extremely professional, communicative, and accommodating. We loved the landscaping and overall vibe of Hidden Lakes. The apartment itself very nice. It was nicely taken care of and updated. I would highly recommend Hidden Lakes to any friends or family.

Hidden Lake Maintenance!

Hidden Lake is close to i5. Vimal and his maintenance team are the best. Ducks and fountains are calming.

Love it here!

Hidden Lake is a special place, I lived here several years ago and have moved back after living out of state for a few years.
This place looks so much better.

Maintenance is the greatest!
