Waterford Cove

Debating leaving. I really like my apartment and the gated community, but the bugs that get into my apartment have stolen my peace. I have drain covers for my kitchen and bathtub. Every time I wash my hands I close the stopper right after. Somehow they still get in. Even the day I moved in, there were dead bugs. They say they’re water bugs, but it doesn’t make me feel better. I recently opened my front door and one ran right in. I’m living on edge. I’m even embarrassed to have my family stay... over and have to explain to be aware of bugs. This is a horribly managed property. In my 7 years of living at this property my car was broken into and my apartment was also broken into. Management turned over about 4 times during my time living there and the rent increase were higher than the average prices for Sacramento. All the upgrades have only been to the outside of the buildings, not on the inside. Please save yourselves the trouble and rent somewhere else.
