I moved into this complex on February 5, 2026. So far it has been a very good experience. I have had a few minor maintenance repairs that were corrected quickly and efficiently. There is some noise from light rail from time to time, but overall the complex is pretty quiet. It is also convenient to a number of shops and light rail I would recommend this apartment complex.

It's nice I like it :)

This community offers double master bedroom units with washer and dryer inside. That is hard to find.

I have always been able to find parking, the things don't break, if you notify the office of something broken it gets fixed.

It's not on discount though.
