No more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 9 PM, and only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking of any kind on the property. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines, and furniture must be moved back before departure. Pets are not allowed without written authorization.
