Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. No pets are allowed without prior approval. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout, and ensure furniture is moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. If any of the strict rules are violated, the reservation may be canceled without refund and immediate eviction may occur.
