A maximum of 3 additional daytime guests are allowed on the premises at any time, and all guests must leave by 10:00 PM. If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original position before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters. Any person who violates this community’s Governing Documents may be subject to fines and/or immediate removal from the Association community.
