Move in wasn’t the best. Construction is a huge drag. But overall the apt space and amenities are great. The maintenance team is always quick to help with any issues. The current office team is great!

Regular fire alarms, like 3x a month. And when they arent testing them, the fire alarm notice is beeping on the wall constantly. everything is painted to within an inch of its life - things can’t be removed from the cabinets, cabinet doors stick, drawers stick, there are a million hairs painted into the walls. We’ve had our stuff stolen off our porch and the response was less than poor. Communication with community members is hit or miss- ill get a text, but my roommate won’t. She’ll get an... email but I won’t. Nothing is consistent. The mailboxes! For three months they told us to go pick up our mail at a certain USPS location bc the mailboxes were broken but NO ONE knew to do this because no communication went out. We just thought an entire street block wasn’t getting a single letter…
Final note: the hot tub is consistently disgusting.

Arrive has treated well, love the staff and convenience this community brings. There’s a ton of restaurants and they make an effort to get the community together.

We have been here five years and it’s had its ups and downs. The community has definitely improved the last two years so we are feeling a lot better about it. However, our car was stolen from the underground, hated, monitored parking lot and never recovered, so it’s hard to feel good and safe with that.
