It has improved, still some issues with other residents not cleaning up after their dogs and leaving trash throughout the laundry room. Have appreciated the timely response to things.

Location is good but parking is limited. Staff is nice but not always competent. I don’t think they really communicate with each other as I get different info depending on who I speak to. Sometimes you have to be on top of things or they will charge you on accident.

It was easy and the team was very helpful, overall very smooth with no real hassle. I love the new apartment and all the amenities.
The grill needs a new button, I’ve had to use Pilers to get the gas going.
Also they need to tell people about the app so they don’t have to keep getting quarters for laundry.
But overall great spot so far.

I love the apartment and the are. The only thing I dislike is the parking situation. It’s so full and you can never find street parking which gets super frustrating.
